UPDATE #4- SURVEYS & PAYMENTS!

Hey Everyone!
First, there are still some backers who have not completed their surveys. Also, we recognize there is some confusion in knowing whether or not you've already completed your survey. Please read the important updates below:
1. We just sent another email reminder to everyone who did not fill out their survey. Please remember to check your spam folder, and also check that you're checking the same email address you used on your Kickstarter account.
2. If you want to double check that you did in fact complete your survey, check the link here: https://building-brick-waffle-maker.backerkit.com/. If you follow the link, enter your email address, and click on "Edit Your Order", you will see "We Received Your Order" with a green check mark on the top right hand side. This means you're all set!

Payments:
Please note we are starting to charge cards to pay for add-ons that some backers ordered, as well as shipping. You'll see these charges start to come through. Just want to give everyone a heads up so no one is concerned!

Hey Everyone!
We still have over 600 backers who haven't completed their surveys. We went through and resent the survey link to each of the backers who didn't complete their survey.
If you did not complete your survey you should have received a new survey reminder. Please make sure you check the email address associated with your Kickstarter account, as we've found it's a common mistake for backers to check the wrong emails. Please also check your spam folders!

Sorry if our last post caused confusion, we just want to make sure we get your pledges on time. Many of you responded to our last post requesting a link to the survey, please see this here:

We sent the surveys out a few weeks ago, as well as reminders to complete them. For anyone that has not received the surveys, please make sure the email address you're checking is the same as the one you used on your Kickstarter account. Also, please check your spam email in case any reminders were sent and you missed them.

Hey, Everyone!
Hoping this email finds you all safe and well! We just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone to fill out their Kickstarter surveys. As you know, we're on a tight timeline with our shipping (we want to get these to you in the next couple months), but to do that we need everyone to fill out their surveys.
If your survey is not filled out, we won't have your address to ship you our product. Currently, there are a fair amount of backers who haven't filled out their surveys. We're asking that everyone PLEASE double check to make sure that you have completed it.
We hate setting hard deadlines, however, we're kindly asking everyone to complete their survey by June 18th. For those who do not fill out their surveys by June 18th, your pledges will be delayed.
